Schneider Electric joined Brisbane Airport’s 400-strong trade community in 2023 with its new office and warehouse space of approximately 6,200sqm in the highly sought after Da Vinci Business Park.

The digital energy management and automation brand occupies the same block as the new headquarters of national electrical and furniture retailer, BSR Group, taking advantage of the superior amenities and connectivity.

The partnership with Schneider Electric commenced during the early stages of Brisbane Airport’s proactive development delivery to meet surging demand for premium industrial sites in South East Queensland.

The 7,500sqm rooftop has around 3km of cable and 982 photovoltaic (PV) solar panels installed. This contributes 417kW of solar energy generation towards Schneider Electric’s own usage and back to the electricity grid. With the sunny skies of Brisbane in full force, around 1,750kWh of power will be produced each day - 103 times the daily usage of an average household.
