Jay is responsible for all Leasing transactions and Retail Developments in the International and Domestic Terminals as well as the Skygate Retail Precinct at Brisbane Airport Corporation.

This involves the management of current lease expiries, the development of leasing strategies, managing external agents, retail master planning and delivering retail developments to capture future opportunities, grow income and sales, as well as improve customer experience across Brisbane Airport's entire retail portfolio.

Jay been working in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years and worked across several disciplines, but primarily in Retail. Jay has a deep understanding of retail assets and their life cycles as well as a comprehensive understanding of many other asset classes, including commercial, industrial, education, government, telecommunications and the infrastructure and aviation industry.

Jay has worked in most major property markets in Australia and is known for having a strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with key strengths in negotiation, retail master planning, financial analysis, feasibility studies, plus developing and delivering value add retail asset strategies.

Natalie possesses a strong understanding of the retail and commercial property industry across Queensland and specifically at Brisbane Airport. She has managed commercial and retail portfolios across both the Domestic and International Terminals, along with the Skygate retail precinct.
Natalie began her career as a valuer, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Land Economics) and Masters in Applied Finance, before moving into asset management.

She has frontline and strategic management experience across all asset classes and worked for more than a decade with major developer Stockland, including six years leading the Queensland retail team. As Commercial Property Manager, Natalie oversees the management of all property assets in the Airport precinct. 
Natalie was awarded the Property Council of Australia’s Future Leader of the Year Award in 2011 and the NAWIC NSW International Women’s Day Scholarship in 2011.
