Overview
DHL Express sought to expand its on-site operations amid surging demand. In 2022, the logistics operator complemented its two existing sites with a purpose-built facility offering a 5,600sqm warehouse including 900 pallet bays, 728sqm of office space and 1,700sqm of specialty cold storage for complete cold chain services.
The industrial development had leading sustainability features, notably three electric vehicle charging stations, truck electric vehicle capability, solar panel generation that offsets 35 per cent of the property’s annual energy use, nine Tesla batteries providing energy storage for night operations, natural heating and cooling, rainwater harvesting and energy efficient lighting.
