Todd is a highly-skilled property executive with strong educational foundations, possessing an MBA and Business Degree majoring in Property. He is passionate about design, gender equality, sustainable development and business practices, business efficiency, technological innovation, generating great partnerships, generating public value and rewarding commercial outcomes.
Todd is a member of the Business Leadership Team at Brisbane Airports, as Head of Industrial Property and Logistics.
Prior to joining BAC Todd was a member of the Executive Leadership team of the Urban Renewal Authority. Responsible for managing the Industrial, Defence, Innovation Precincts, City Projects, Project Services, New Project Acquisitions and Joint Venture Management functions of the organisation.
Before, Renewal SA Todd spent seventeen years in Sydney. Most recently with Frasers Property Australia as Development Director and was responsible for;
- Development of Discovery Point which is a $1.2 Billion, 6.5Ha mixed-use master-planned community situated 10km from the Sydney CBD that surrounds Wolli Creek Train station. The project includes 132,000sqm of GFA across 14 Buildings that hold 2000 apartments and 2000 car spaces, 34 retail suites, 5000sqm of office, 3ha of open space, two heritage-listed buildings, and four shared pools and gyms. The project involves complex over rail development and interfaces with the train network.
- The development of Tailors Walk, a $450 Million seven-stage project in Botany that yields 437 dwellings and a retail component.
- New Business in NSW leading bids, research, industry engagement and acquisitions.
Prior to Frasers Todd held Valuation, Project Management, Development Management and Development Director positions at;
