Overview
By 2026, more than 70% of Brisbane Airport's airside vehicle fleet will be electric which will significantly reduce emissions. To support this change to electrification, we are installing common-use charging stations to accommodate a wide-range of ground service vehicles.
Construction timeline
This project is currently underway, with 35 common use chargers being installed in the first phase with plans to expand to 100+ chargers in the future, reflecting the airport's commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency.
