Taxi ranks are located at both the Domestic and International Terminals at Brisbane Airport as well as the Skygate Precinct. Access fees are payable for fares collected from the ranks at both the Domestic and International Terminals via an electronic tolling system connected to your e-tag reader.

Pre-booked fares
All vehicles that wish to pick up pre-booked fares from the Terminals, must be listed on a Brisbane Airport Ground Transport Licence. To find out more, download the Taxi Operating Procedures document. Registrations can be completed online at the link below.
Brisbane Airport provides controlled access to designated pre-booked passenger loading zones for ground transport operators (GTO) at Brisbane Airport. The loading zones are controlled by an electronic tag system and boom gate on entry and exit.
Ground transport operators are required to apply for a GTO licence in order to access these areas. To be eligible for a GTO licence, you must hold a valid Queensland Transport accreditation number. More information of operator accreditation is available from the Department of Transport and Main Roads.

Applications for a Brisbane Airport GTO licence are completed online. Prior to starting your application, please review the Brisbane Airport GTO Operating Procedures document.
Brisbane Airport has dedicated pre-booked pick up zones for ride share at both the Domestic and Internationals Terminals.
Uber drivers wishing to accept trips from passengers at Brisbane Airport are required to register for Airport trips with Uber.
When dropping off passengers, use the public passenger drop-off zones at both Terminals.
Information on registering, as well as the location of the pick-up areas at each Terminal are available on the Uber website.
