At Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) we care about the way we do business. We strive to ensure that Brisbane Airport creates economic, social and environmental value for the community in which we operate, our customers and business partners, our employees, and the shareholders of our company.
Central to this is maintaining and growing our social licence to operate by upholding high standards. We are committed to acting responsibly in our operations, in our governance processes and through our behaviour, and are transparent in our reporting.
Supplier Principles
BAC’s Statement of Supplier Principles outlines our expectations in the key focus areas of responsible business, labour and human rights, health and safety and environment. The Supplier Principles apply to all persons working with BAC including suppliers, supplier employees, contractors and sub-contractors. Download a copy of our Supplier Principles below:
Whistleblower Protection
BAC’s whistleblower program is a vital part of how we deter and identify illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
Our Whistleblower Protection Policy sets out what constitutes Reportable Conduct, the persons who will be protected if they make such a report (a Discloser) and who reports can be made to (an Eligible Recipient).
BAC’s confidential whistleblowing service, BAConfidential, is available 24/7 and reports can be made anonymously. Reportable Conduct may also be disclosed to any member of BAC’s Confidential Reporting Committee (CRC) on a confidential basis. Use the contact information set out in the Whistleblower Protection Policy.

Modern Slavery
BAC is committed to working with our suppliers and stakeholders to identify and address the risk of modern slavery practices in our supply chains and operations. Modern slavery exists in global supply chains through practices such as forced labour, child labour, debt bondage and human trafficking.
To put our commitment into practice, we are implementing a three-year strategy that builds a robust framework to manage modern slavery risk. We are reviewing existing controls that manage modern slavery risk and are implementing new ones.
BAC's Modern Slavery Statement can be found on the Australian Government's online register for Modern Slavery Statements here.
